Braised pork belly, really similar to Taiwanese.
Washu Beef Tataki
Seared beef with sauce and cherry tomatoes.
Hamachi Crudo
Yellowtail dressed with yuzu miso, house ponzu, and greens.
Triple Sushi Tacos
Ika Geso Karaage
Fried calamari. None of this western serving you rubber bands shit, you get the tentacles. So good.
