About

Benjamin Bergeson

Hi, I’m Benjamin Bergeson.

I’ve spent about nine years in the tech industry in engineering leadership and recently moved back into an IC role focusing on the DevOps side. Most of my free time goes to whatever I’m currently curious about. Jack of all trades, debatably master of a couple.

I grew up in Taipei and live in Utah now. Most weekends involve one of these:

  • Tinkering. Side projects like shitboxsupreme and tinkering on the cars cluttering my driveway and garage.
  • Cooking. I keep my own recipe box and I’m slowly moving it here.
  • Eating out. Mostly in Utah, at the beach in Southern California a few times a year, and back in Taipei when I can.
  • Reading. Usually two books at once: something slow and factual, and something I actually look forward to.
