Colombian traditional dish, includes pork belly, morcilla (blood sausage), chorizo, yellow plantain, green plantain, yellow potatoes. Served with guacamole and house garlic sauce & Colombian aji. Serves two people.
I really enjoyed the pork belly, the blood sausage, and the little yellow potatoes. It probably serves closer to four people rather than two.
