Texture and flavor were both very good.

Fuqi feipian 夫妻肺片

Beef shank, beef giblets, celery, cilantro. $18.99.

Flavor was good, just a little too spicy for me.

Xiao long bao 小笼包

Six per order, pork or chicken, with chicken broth. $12.99.

Flavor is good (improved from when they first opened). It was cool that you can see them make it through the glass like Din Tai Fung.

Sichuan spicy boiled fish 水煮鱼

Fish, lettuce, bean sprouts, chili, Szechuan pepper. $22.99.

Fried crispy pork 小酥肉

Pork belly, starch, flour, served with a spiced dry chili dip. $16.99.

Mapo tofu 麻婆豆腐

Ground pork, tofu, Szechuan pepper. $13.99.
