Really cool atmosphere. I came at night this time, but would really like to come during the day to see the scenery.

Steak Au Poivre
Charred brussel sprouts, slab bacon, duck fat fingerling potatoes, green peppercorn sauce, truffle aioli.
Potatoes and brussel sprouts were excellent. Steak was good, but not the best, could have used more seasoning.
Ahi Tuna Tataki
Miso-edamame congee, grilled pineapple salsa, fermented black bean-yakitori, crisp taro.
