Option A - $38.00
The “A - Standard” all-you-can-eat tier: nigiri, rolls, hand rolls, poke, sides, and tabletop BBQ, including wagyu otoro, wagyu brisket, beef tongue, ribeye or NY steak, and pork belly.
Sushi
Wasn’t bad, but nothing special. I mostly got it so I’d have something to eat while I was waiting for the meat to arrive and the grill to heat up.
Wagyu Otoro
No matter how I cooked it, it always crumbled apart. I don’t know how much I lost between the grates.
Wagyu Brisket Point
Limited to one order per person. Very good.
Wagyu Brisket
My favorite. Perfect wagyu texture, seasoned with just a bit of sesame oil and salt.
Wagyu Yaki Shabu
Tied for second place with the Wagyu Brisket Point.
Fried Gyoza
Decent.
Chicken Karaage
Decent for the most part, though one piece had entirely too much breading.
Conclusion
At $38.00, it’s one hell of a deal to eat wagyu brisket to your heart’s content.
