Golden-fried yuca, double-fried tostones, hand-rolled ham croquetas, and sweet caramelized maduros.
OG Miami Cuban (Sandwich)
Slow roasted Cuban style pork, layered with ham, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickles with a little love of butter pressed till crispy. I’m not a big pickle guy, but this was a good combination of flavors.
