This was their second time hosting this limited-time menu, back by popular demand, and it showed. Despite buying the tickets ($22.17 each, which includes the bowl of ramen) over a month ago for a preset time, when we arrived at the restaurant at our time slot, the line was wrapped around the building. However, once we were seated, the service was prompt and we got our food quickly.
Wagyu Nigiri

At just under $10, this was a good deal, albeit a bit misleading. The pictures on the menu showed the pieces as at least twice the size that I actually got. It’s not the best I’ve had, but it was tender and had adequate flavor.
Wagyu Ramen

Excellent. The A5 wagyu was beyond tender and the flavor of the broth was delightful. The noodles were a good consistency with just enough Q. The garlic was a bit overpowering; I could still taste it in the back of my throat the next morning. The egg was well seasoned and not too runny.
Conclusion
The food lived up to the hype and was well worth the price. However, I wish the restaurant were more organized so guests could be seated relatively close to their time slot.
